Credentials are encrypted before leaving the browser; payloads remain encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials are encrypted client-side before transmission. Decryption requires a private key held by the designated operator and is not stored or accessible server-side. Only authorized operator-held keys can decrypt the contents.

04. Tool Logins (mapping)

Use the same service/admin credentials currently used by your team. For each tool, provide the exact login URL your firm uses (no assumptions). We recommend temporary credentials or scoped access where available. Client is responsible for accuracy, validity, and access permissions of all credentials provided. Some vendors restrict shared credentials in their terms of service; Client confirms that providing the credentials below is permissible under the applicable vendor terms. The "designated operator" referenced in our security notices is a named Teeya Productions principal; identity and key-handling controls are available on request.

I confirm I am authorized to grant this access and authorize Teeya Productions to access these systems solely to scope, configure, and deliver this project. Client remains responsible for account permissions, security settings, and service terms; Teeya Productions is not liable for restrictions or failures caused by incorrect credentials, revoked permissions, provider downtime, or third-party policy enforcement. Where Protected Health Information may be incidentally transmitted through these systems, handling is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement between the parties.

06. Build & Delivery Destination

We build directly in your cloud — you own every file from day one

Teeya Productions builds, tests, and deploys your complete system — code, database, storage, and all supporting files — directly inside a cloud account your firm owns. Teeya does not maintain production infrastructure post-delivery. When the build is complete and signed off, you revoke our access. That's it.

How it works: you give us scoped admin access to your cloud account for the build window, we set up the environment and ship everything into it, we deliver the project, and you immediately revoke or rotate our credentials. All source code, configurations, data, and storage remain in your account under your control.

Before you submit, please confirm the acknowledgements and sign below. All credentials and files are encrypted inside your browser before transmission and can only be decrypted by Teeya Productions' designated operator — never by our servers, hosting, or any third party.
